Delivery Options Available

Upon checkout, customers may choose Normal/Registered Mail, Local Courier, Door Delivery or Self-collection

Normal / Registered Mail

  • Service provided by Singapore Post.
  • This delivery option is not available for inflated balloons.
  • Postage rates is charged automatically by the system based on your order. We will process your order within 2 working days following payment clearance. This is excluding delivery time required.

Please see the table below for estimated delivery time as provided by Singapore Post.

  • Normal mail: 2 working days (no tracking number, certificate of posting provided upon request)
  • Registered mail: 3 working days (with tracking number)

We are not responsible for any packages lost during shipment for delivery by normal mail since no form of tracking is possible. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail or courier services. Tracking number will be provided for these items. Delays in delivery by Singpost is also beyond our control.

Local Courier

  • 3 working days of processing time.
  • Delivery charges will be automatically calculated before your confirmation
  • From $9.15
  • Please note that certain oversized items will be charged an oversized surcharge. Should there be any difference or amendment to the charges shown on the system and the actual charge, we will advise you by email on the delivery charges and obtain your authorization before the purchase is completed.
  • This delivery option is not available for inflated balloons. Time specific option is not available.

Door/Van Delivery

  • Please choose this option if you have inflated balloons in your shopping cart.
  • All items in your shopping cart will be delivered at the same time as your balloons.
  • If you need any items in your shopping cart earlier, please submit it as separate orders.
  • Please indicate in the remarks box the requested timing of your delivery and one of our staff will contact you by phone/email to confirm delivery timings
  • As delivery slots are limited, we encourage you to book up to 14 days in advance.
  • $24 delivery charge will apply and $34 for Sentosa/ Changi Airport deliveries on ala carte orders.

All door delivery orders are subjected to schedule availability. We are able to deliver your items any time between 9am and 6pm daily. We would advise delivery an hour prior to the start of your party for helium filled latex balloons. For deliveries outside this timing, such deliveries will be subjected to our agreement. Should an agreement be acknowledged, there will be a surcharge in delivery fee and this will be informed to customer before order confirmation.

We do not do deliveries to Tuas area/ Jurong Island.

For big deliveries of 100 balloons and above, the delivery fee is $34/trip.

Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days upon receiving your order. We reserve the rights to reject any orders should we be unable to take the door delivery.

Any orders paid will be refunded under such circumstances.

Self Collection

  • No shipping charges apply
  • Please allow at least 3 working days of processing time before picking up. Our friendly staff will call you to confirm that the items are ready for pick up
  • Do bring along a printout of your order or quote us your order number when picking up.
  • Please adhere to our shop opening hours for collection.

Other International Destinations (Overseas Courier)

We do worldwide delivery.

Postage is charged according to the weight of package and to the rates of Singapore Post. We will dispatch all items within 2 working days following payment clearance.

For Normal / Registered Airmail, it takes approximately 4-14* working days, depending on the country of delivery as follows:

Australia & Asia: 4-8 working days
UK & Europe: 4-12 working days
USA, Canada: 6-11 working days
Rest of World: 6-14 working days

For worldwide EMS (courier service), delivery is 2-4 days depending on country of destination.

Only non inflated balloons can be sent via postage or courier services and for all international orders.

Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. We are both bound by the carriers' policies. We will follow up any claims we can pursue and may need your cooperation should such a claim against a carrier arise.

We are not responsible for any packages lost during shipment for delivery by normal airmail since no form of tracking is possible. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered airmail or EMS services. Tracking number will be provided for these items.

Customs & Duties

Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They're the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we can't refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once the shipping carrier makes delivery to the destination country.
