BUYING ONLINE

Is your party date in less than 3 working days time? If so, please come to our retail outlets at Waterway Point, Punggol Central #02-36 or Westgate Mall, Jurong East #04-04 directly. Thank you!

How do I purchase online?

Step 1: Create an account to key your contact details like delivery address etc.
Step 2: Select your party stuff
Step 3: Any inflated balloons or bulky items like helium tanks/pinatas?
Yes: choose door delivery or self collection
No: choose normal mail/ registered mail/ courier service / self collection
Step 4: Make payment by Paypal (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer
Step 5: Receive confirmation by email and/or a phone call from us

What is the processing lead time for online orders?

Please allow us up to 2 working days to process your online orders after payment clearance. If your order is urgent, we suggest to make a direct purchase at our stores instead.

Can I order online and pay for it at the store or to your delivery staff?

All items purchased online must be paid before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery staff are unable to accept any payments as they are our outsourced providers. If you would like to make payment at our retail stores, please make a direct purchase at the stores.

Are all items on your online store available in your outlets?

The items seen online should be available in our showroom and retail outlets unless they are sold out. Items that are only available online will be indicated in the item description. We advise the customer to call the individual outlet they wish to visit to check on the stock for the specific item they are looking for before heading over to the store.

Alternatively customer may wish to order the items online in advance. Let us know where you would like to pick it up, and we will have the items transferred to the appropriate outlet for your convenience. How do I know if my stuff is in stock?

The system will prompt the customer for items that are out of stock or do not have enough quantities to make adjustments to your order.

We endeavor to keep our items stocked as best as possible but should there be any items that are out of stock, customer will be notified and opt for a replacement of another item or a refund.

SHIPPING / SELF COLLECTION

What are the delivery options available?

Customers have the option to select Normal mail/ Registered mail / Local courier / Door Delivery / Self Collection options depending on the items ordered during checkout.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. International customers may choose to make payment via paypal or credit card/debit card. Orders will be sent via international airmail or EMS courier as per customer choice during checkout.

How many balloons can fit into my car for self collection?

For a normal 1.6cc car, the empty back seats can fit about 20-25 latex balloons or mylar balloons 20-25 pieces. If you are unsure, feel free to check with us. 

Can delivery be waived for a minimum order?

No. Delivery fee cannot be waived off unless specifically stated in a package or promotion.

What is the time range I am able to choose for my Balloons Delivery (Door Delivery Option)?

All door delivery orders are subjected to schedule availability. We are able to deliver your balloons anytime between 9am and 6pm daily. We would advise delivery an hour prior to the start of your party for helium filled latex balloons. For deliveries outside this timing, such deliveries will be subjected to our agreement. Should an agreement be acknowledged, there will be a surcharge in delivery fee and this will be informed to customer before order confirmation.

Door delivery is $24/trip (exclude any carpark, erp or entry charges we may incur). Delivery to Sentosa & Changi Airport will have an additional surcharge of $10. We do not do deliveries to Tuas area/ Jurong Island.

For big deliveries of 100 balloons and above, the delivery fee is $34/trip.

Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days upon receiving your order. We reserve the rights to reject any orders should we be unable to take the door delivery.
Any orders paid will be refunded under such circumstances.

BALLOONS

Is it necessary to inflate balloons with helium? Will normal air do? Can we use a normal air pump?

Helium is neccessary if you require the balloons to float. For example, mylar balloons will need helium inflation while 9" and 14" airfilled balloons can be inflated with normal air pump. If you are using latex balloons for decoration, you can use air to inflate as long as you do not need the balloons to float.

How long can the helium balloons last?

Latex helium balloons can last about 8-10 hours while mylar balloons can last about 2-4 days depending on individual balloons. Therefore, it is best to collect your balloons on the party day. We will not be responsible for customers balloons once it is collected and checked to be in good condition.

Do you provide helium filled services?

Yes we can inflate customer’s balloons at a fee. The fees varies according to balloon sizes.

How will helium balloons be given to us?

All helium balloons come with free curling ribbons. Loose balloons are usually bundled up for easy carrying. Balloon weights are sold separately except for bouquets or arches which come with weights.

Can I order my balloons inflated with helium online?

Yes, you may simply check the "Helium" option and the price with helium will automatically be calculated. When checking out, choose to have your balloons door delivered or self collected. Please enter the timing that you would like for either delivery or self collect in the remarks column. Our friendly staff will call you to confirm delivery timings or when your items are ready for pick up. For international destinations, all balloons will be packed flat. We are unable to send inflated balloons overseas.

Do you supply curling ribbons and weights?

The price quoted for inflated balloons includes the curling ribbon but not the weights. We retail balloon weights, which you may purchase separately.

Do you decorate our party venue with the items and balloons purchased?

We do not provide decoration services for any items purchased unless the customer had engaged our decoration services in advance. Our delivery staff are not able to assist with any decoration services and will only provide door to door delivery.

DECORATION SERVICES

Does Kidz Party Store provide decoration services for the items I ordered?

We do not provide decoration services for any items purchased unless the customer had engaged our decoration services in advance. Our delivery staff are not able to assist with any decoration services and will only provide door to door delivery.


Will Kidz Party Store send someone over to view the venue for decoration?

We usually do not do on-site consultation unless pre-agreed in advance. If you have a big event to plan for, feel free to contact us to enquire for such services. Customers can also send us some photos of the venue and we can make some suggestions for decorations.

Do you have sample photos of previous work done?
