1) Do you provide door delivery services?
Yes we do. Currently there is a charge of $20 per trip (exclude erp & parking charges) subject to schedule availability. Min $50 order to deliver.
Delivery to Sentosa & Changi Airport will have an additional surcharge of $10. We do not do deliveries to tuas area. For more information, please refer to our shipping information page.
2) Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do. International customers may choose to make payment via paypal or credit card/debit card. Orders will be sent via international airmail or courier as per customer choice during checkout.
3) I would like to self collect. Where are the collection points?
Self collection is available at Compass Point Unit 04-04, 268 Upper Bukit Timah Road #01-10, Jurong Point #03-135 or Ponggol 24th Ave (near Ponggol Beach). Please select self collection during checkout and state the intended date and time of collection in the message box. 3 days advance notice is required. Please see shipping terms for more details.
4) How many balloons can fit into my saloon car for self collection?
For a normal 1.6cc car, the empty back seats can fit about 20-25 latex balloons or mylar balloons 20-25 pieces. If you are unsure, feel free to check with us.
5) Can delivery be waived for a minimum order?
No. Delivery fee cannot be waived off unless specifically stated in a package or promotion.
1) Is it neccessary to inflate the balloons with helium? Will normal air do? Can we use a normal air pump?
Helium is neccessary if you require the balloons to float. For example, mylar balloons will need helium inflation while 9" and 14" airfilled balloons can be inflated with normal air pump. If you are using latex balloons for decoration, you can use air to inflate as long as you do not need the balloons to float.
2) How long can the helium balloons last?
Latex helium balloons can last about 10 hours while mylar balloons can last about 2-4 days depending on individual balloons. Therefore, it is best to collect your balloons on the party day. We will not be responsible for customers balloons once it is collected and checked to be in good condition.
3) Do you provide helium filled services?
No. This service is discontinued till further notice.
4) How will helium balloons be given to us?
All helium balloons come with free curling ribbons. Loose balloons are usually bundled up for easy carrying. Balloon weights sold seperate except for bouquets or arches which comes with weights.
Order of Products/Services
1) Do you reserve items?
Payment is required to secure the items. All unpaid orders in shopping cart will be cleared after 3 days.
2) Are your items ready stock?
We strive to maintain our stock online correctly. All items are ready stock unless stated as out of stock (oos) or sold out. If the quantity required is not available, you will be prompted by the system to make amendments. However, in any instance if an item ordered online is not available, we will contact the customer via email or phone call to make adjustment to the order.
3) How many days in advance do I have to inform Kidzpartystore if i would like to engage your services?
We will be able to take in your appointment as long as our schedule allows. Generally, we would advise at least 7-14 working days advance booking to avoid disappointment. For door delivery orders, our customer service officer will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days of receiving your order.
For orders with Customized Banner, we need at least 7 working days to process and print the banner.
4) Can I walk in to view and purchase your items?
Yes please visit our retail shop at Compass Point Unit 04-04 or 268 Upper Bukit Timah Rd. Please see contact us page for full address.
5) Can I preorder out of stock products?
We restock our items periodically and do not take in preorder of party supplies & balloons. We will suggest that customers check back at our website periodically to see if the item is in stock.
6) Do you take phone orders?
We do not take phone orders at the moment. Please place your order online at our website or at our retail store.
1) Does kidzpartystore provide decoration services for the items I ordered?
No party decoration services will be provided unless specifically stated by us. For example, some items in the packages like balloon arch will be setup by our staff.
2) Will kidzpartystore send someone over to view venue for decoration?
No consultation services will be provided unless specifically stated by us. If you have a big event to plan for, feel free to contact us to enquire for such services. Otherwise, customers can also send us some photos of the venue and we can make some suggestions for decorations.
3) Do you have sample photos of your work done?
