Store Purchased Items Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of store purchase.
All returned items must include the Store Receipt as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process any exchange if the customer is unable to produce the Store Receipt. No refunds will be made. The exchange of new product must be done at the same time as the return of the item. Customer will be required to top up the price difference if the exchanged item is of a higher value. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable/Exchanged Items include:
- Customized Products such as Invitations & Banners and Personalized Favors etc
- Helium Tanks
- Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
- Cosmetics, makeup and face paints
- Perishables (food items such as candies)
- Bulk Products
- Costumes/ Wigs
Exchanging an Internet purchase at one of our store locations:
For your convenience, you may exchange your online purchase at any of our Kidz Party Store store locations. We will gladly accept exchanges (no refunds) within 14 days of online purchase with Shipping Receipt/Online Invoice.
- Returns with the Shipping Receipt/Online Invoice: All products (with the exception of items listed above) can be exchanged for the same product or a different product with a top up in price difference if required.
- Returns without the Shipping Receipt/Online Invoice: We are unable to process any exchanges.
- Merchandise exchange has to be done at the same time as the return of item at the store.
- Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are nonrefundable.
- Products must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
- Returns on seasonal items such as Christmas and Valentine’s day etc may be returned up to 7 days prior to the date of the holiday.
